When triggering a rule with collection function in users with multiple profiles the current profile is not the selected by the rule.

Cause
When using collection functions without selecting where options it is not guaranteed which employment will be returned.
Resolution
In order to make sure the correct employment is selected we need to add where options or add extra conditions to the rule.
