3502167 - 401 or 403 error while doing POST call to an API from Cloud Integration

Symptom

When doing a POST call with an API from Cloud Integration to S/4HANA on premise, through Cloud connector, a 401 unauthorized or 403 forbidden error is observed. Session reuse is enabled in the iflow. Same API is reached successfully in a different environment.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
