You would like to understand what are the steps required to activate the SAP Build Work Zone Knowledge Base Integration for your SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Resolution

At the moment, this feature can only be activated via the system backend by a feature toggle, hence, in case you require to activate it for your V2 environment, you can raise a support case within the component CEC-CRM-KB, so that SAP Technical Support team can proceed with the activation alongside the development team responsible.
