3502225 - Missing portlets in the New Hire Data Review / Personal Data Collection Step for Crossboarding Process - Onboarding

Symptom

  • National Id Card information not shown during NHDR/PDC for internal hires. 
  • Emergency Contacts information not shown during NHDR/PDC for internal hires.
  • Payment Information not shown during NHDR/PDC for internal hires.
  • Job Relationship information not shown during NHDR/PDC for internal hires.
  • Pay Component Non-Recurring not shown during NHDR/PDC for internal hires

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

Expected Behavior. The internal hire process doesn't support workflow rules configured using the Job Relations Information, Payment Information Emergency contact and Pay Component Non Recurring entity during the transfer process.

Resolution

The following fields and data are not displayed in the New Hire Data review / Personal Data Collection step as per System Design for the internal hire process:

  • Emergency Contacts
  • Payment Information
  • Job Relationship Information
  • National Id Information

With that, please see the following data that are expected to appear in the New Hire Data Review Step:

  • Personal Info
  • Global Info
  • Contact Info
  • Job Info
  • Employment Details
  • Compensation Info - PayCompRecurring
  • Home Address
  • Dependents
