3502339 - Field set as Mandatory via Adaptation Mode is blank

There is a field defined in the Adaptation Mode as mandatory for a specific BO, for example Accounts. However, even though the field is set as mandatory, objects (such as Accounts) are being created without the field being filled.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the desired WoC, for example Customers then Accounts.
2. Open the affected object.
3. See the field is blank.

The Mandatory check set via Adaptation Mode is skipped when the Object is created from an external Source (for example Odata or Data Workbench). The Mandatory check only applies to Objects created in C4C UI.

This is the expected system behavior.
