App Custom Logic cannot be found in Development Tenant, but other Key User Extensibility apps like Custom CDS view, Custom fields can be found.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
Business Catalog for the Custom Logic app is intentionally not in scope in Development Tenant since the app would not be able to function in such a Tenant. Instead the Business Catalog is in scope in a Customizing Tenant where the app will be able to function.
Resolution
Key User Extensibility is only available in the Test/Quality System in 2-System Landscapes or in the Development System - Customizing Tenant in 3-System Landscapes.
The Key User Extensibility apps shown in the Development tenant are read-only.
Please use a Customizing Tenant for Key User Extensibility Apps such as Custom Logic.
