3502447 - XISOAPAdapter MessageServlet throws Erorr 500 (Internal Server Error) while executing PI AEX SLD Self Registration

The PI AEX SLD Self Registration wizard fails with the bellow error:

"Cannot reach the pipeline URL: http/host:port/XISOAPADAPTER/MessageServlet with user xxxxx. In case host and port of the pipeline URL are correct, pay attention to SAP Note 2034226 FAQ 9"

When trying to see the CPACache at CPACache/monitor.jsp it thows a 403 Forbidden Error.

In the default traces the bellow error can be found:

HTTP connection using URL "http://host:port/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet" and user "PISUPER" cannot be established, response code 500#
