3502518 - Error when updating global assignment Actual End Date via Manage Global Assignment

Symptom

Error "xxx (person id) record already exist for the user. you cannot create a xxx record twice" pops up when trying to edit and save Actual End Date of a global assignment via Manage Global Assignment
