3502534 - Diagnostic Agent: Cannot get Socket. Reason:error 111 - Connection refused (Connection refused) (local port xxxx to address xxxx, remote port xxxx to address xxxx)]

You are using a SAP router and the Diagnostic agent is not connecting to Solution Manager.

In the Diagnostic Agent support logs in SMDSystem.log file you see the following error:
