3502563 - Association error when trying to save a Job Information record

Following error may appear while saving Job Information records:

• Division XXXX is not associated with Business Unit XXXX. Check the Division data object configuration and enter a valid Business Unit.
• The following fields have an invalid value: Company.
• Group is not associated with Company. Check the Group data object configuration and enter a valid Company.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Prerequisite: Configure the association between the Parent Division to Business Unit. But there is no association with Child Division to Business Unit.

1. Go to the Employee Profile -> Navigate to Job information.
2. Select the position -> there is an OnChange rule automatically changes the field.
3. Try to save and the error "Division XXXX is not associated with Business Unit XXXX. Check the Division data object configuration and enter a valid Business Unit" is popping up.

Either association configuration is incorrect/incomplete or data is not correctly maintained in Manage Data for the associated objects. 

You must maintain correct and complete association in Object Definition of the child object in Configure Object Definition. Also, the field-criteria must be maintained in Job Information.
