3502614 - Workflow "Cc Role" not updating via Configure Transport Center

Symptom

Using Configure Transport Center to remove Cc Role from existing Workflow, Cc role is not updated even with the import successful.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Cause

Our Engineering team have found that, currently transport of workflows is not working when transporting workflows existing in both source and target instances when Cc Roles do not exists in source but exists in target for same workflow externalCode.

The expected behavior of Full Purge is to delete the existing Cc roles in target when no Cc roles are transported from source for a given workflow. However, for the scenario of Cc role existing in target it is not being deleted.

Resolution

This should only happen to the specific scenario when Cc Roles exist in target and not in source, the team is working on this fix and it is planned to be deployed on 2411 release.

In the meantime the workaround is to manually delete it.
