After implementing the price elements restriction, the system is not working as expected.

One of the possible causes of this issue is that the overlapping of business roles. Some of these business roles have slight overlaps, for example, BR_ADMINISTRATOR， BILLING_CLERK, and BR_QUALITY_TECHNICIAN, which do not have any restrictions. 

It is suggested to assign only the role of restricted internal sales rep (BR_INTERNAL_SALES_REP_RESTRICTED) for the restricted business user. If the issue still exists with only one business role, the next step is to check the configuration according to the "See Also" part.
