3502662 - Cannot create new CTMS instance in SAP Cloud ALM BTP global or sub accounts

Symptom

  • There is already a CTMS instance in the "SAP Cloud ALM" Sub account, but another cannot be created because the "Standard" plan is already consumed.
  • Cannot create a brand new CTMS instance in the "SAP Cloud ALM" Sub account under an "SAP Cloud ALM" Global account in BTP cockpit.
