Symptom
- There is already a CTMS instance in the "SAP Cloud ALM" Sub account, but another cannot be created because the "Standard" plan is already consumed.
- Cannot create a brand new CTMS instance in the "SAP Cloud ALM" Sub account under an "SAP Cloud ALM" Global account in BTP cockpit.
- Cannot create Cloud Transport Management Service Key in the "SAP Cloud ALM" Sub account as part of configurations to integrate with SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation.
