Note that Super Admin is for the backend of Onboarding 1.0, and only Partners and Support can access it. Please ask your Implementation Partner to perform the following steps. If you are not working with a Partner right now, you can submit a ticket to Product Support.

1. Access Super Admin
2. Search the Company using the Onboarding ID
3. In the home page it will show the Default Time Zone
