Third-party add-on is not displayed during SUM phase PREP_EXTENSION/IS_SELECT
The customer is performing an upgrade on their SAP *** system
- During the PREP_EXTENSION/IS_SELECT phase in SUM tool, all add-ons are displayed except one (Prometheus ***,****,*******).
- The customer has reviewed the XML and verified that the missing ********* add-on is included in source system, but it is not displayed in the IS_SELECT phase.
- The customer needs to be sure that they can continue with the upgrade even if this add-on is not displayed in the IS_SELECT phase.
