3502821 - User is unable to Export all Rows in the Catalog Manager

Symptom

In the Catalog Manager > Catalogs, when an user tries to use the function 'Export all Rows' in the Table Options Menu, the user gets stuck in a Processing Request window and it ends up not downloading causing a timeout data exception.
