3502859 - CTE - Monitor Communications in cte_setup no values

After exporting cost objects from CTE_SETUP the CTE_MONI logs should refresh with the last up to date data exported, but instead there's no log at all. For the exported objects from CTE_SETUP, all columns show 0 (zero).
