• Users with email address with "&" symbol, are not allowed by the system to send emails from Contact email option in application page.
• Error: “Sender email address is invalid or has more than one email address”

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Choose one user who has & symbol in their email address to check the replication
   
2. Access Recruiting Module
3. Select any Requisition with Candidates
4. Open Candidate's application
5. Send an email via contact candidate / email option, the 'from' address field is showing the email address with ampersand text (not symbol) and creating an error: “Sender email address is invalid or has more than one email address”
   

Engineering team has confirmed that the supported special characters in the email address are !#$%+-/=?^*_`{|}~ 

To ensure the security and integrity of our email system, we do not support special HTML characters such as &, <, and > due to potential security risks like cross-site scripting (XSS).
