While using Automatic Hire is noted that system allow process a candidate with no required fields filled.

Cause
This was identified as a known issue.
Resolution
Engineering team will fix this behavior on 2411 release which is planned to be on October 18th for Preview instances and November 15th for Production, this article will be updated in case anything change on fix date.
Workaround: As temporary solution consider set field as required in Onboarding person type as well.
