3503077 - In iOS Devices Calendar Does not Show "Week" View

Symptom

When accessing the Calendar using a iOS device, it didn't show the week type of view.

Environment

SAP Service Cloud v2
SAP Sales Cloud v2

Reproducing the Issue

1. Access the system using a iOS device;

2. Go to the Menu options, and select "Calendar";

3. Try to change the type of view for "Week View";

Result: in iOS this option is missing, but when using an Android device the option appears.

Resolution

When opening the iOS calendar (outside the V2 application), it's possible to see that in the portrait mode, the "week" view not appears either. If change the view to to landscape, then the week basis option appears. The SAP application, is locked to work only in portrait mode, this is why in the iOS, the week view not appear.

This is a limitation of the device itself.
