A document was submitted and field >fecha< in XML file displays date or hour different than the one displayed in eDocument Cockpit app.

It can also lead to a EDICOM communication message: 

'CFDI40999-15 (No puede firmarse el documento [XXXX] con fecha [YYYY-MM-DDDTHH:MM:SS]. La fecha del documento es posterior a la actual[YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS]”)'

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access eDocument Cockpit app.
2. Select the related document.
3. Select Display -> Display/ Preview XML.

Compare values maintained in tag >fecha< and 'fecha creacion' field.

The Mexican authorities have abolished Daylight Savings time in most regions of the Country.

Define the correct Time Zone to company code according to its location in your country, following below steps:

1. Access the configuration system - Manage your Solution app or CBC environment.
2. Search by SSCUI 105651 - Edit Addresses for Company Codes.
3. In “Edit” mode, select the related company code and choose the button: “Address”.

Define Time Zone accordantly to Company Code location. 
For example, the Time Zone: 'CSTNO' is the central time zone of the US without Daylight saving. This applies to the Mexican new Time Zone for Mexico City.
