3503221 - Business Rules are reordered after Succession Data Model Import - Employee Central

After importing Succession Data Model is noted that business rules in Manage Business Configuration are reordered. 

After importing the Succession Data Model (SDM), the order of Business Rules displayed in Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) changes.

Customers may observe that:

• Business Rules are no longer displayed in the same sequence as before the import.
• Rules are grouped by event type (for example, onInit, onSave, onPostSave).
• The displayed order differs from the original XML order or the order configured before the import.

This behavior can also be observed after running BCUI update jobs.
