How to Deep Link to a Case using a Response Email Template in Service Cloud Version 2.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 1.0
 

Resolution

In order to have a Deep Link to a specific Case in Service Cloud Version 2 you must use the following placeholder in your Response Template.

https://{Tenant URL}/go/detail/case?id={{id}}

{Tenant URL} - Enter relevant Tenant URL.

{{ID}} - Will be filled automatically when the Email is sent from the Case.
