Symptom

How to Deep Link to a Case using a Response Email Template in Service Cloud Version 2.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 1.0
 

Resolution

In order to have a Deep Link to a specific Case in Service Cloud Version 2 you must use the following placeholder in your Response Template.

{Tenant URL} - Enter relevant Tenant URL.

{{ID}} - Will be filled automatically when the Email is sent from the Case.

Please notice that the ID in this scenario would refer to the entity (case) technical UUID, and not the case Display ID.
