Incorrect Job Requisition details in RMK Job Feed.

1. Open an RMK Job Feed URL
2. Notice that incorrect data are appearing in some fields.

The job requisition data sent from Recruiting Management (RMK) to Recruiting Marketing (RMK) was incorrect. Possible causes are:

• Incorrect field mapping.
• The field type, picklist id, or object name associated with the field has been changed.
• The field type configured for a custom reportable field does not match the field type in the template.

Incorrect field mapping:

1. Go to Admin Center > Setup Recruiting Marketing Job Field Mapping.
2. Select the job requisition template.
3. Review the Recruiting Management Field mapped with the Recruiting Marketing Field.
4. Modify the field mapping to the correct field.
5. Un-post and re-post the affected job requisitions.

Field definition changes (field type, picklist id, object name):

1. Go to Recruiting > Job Requisitions.
2. Open the job requisition.
3. Update the field which data is incorrect in the job feed.
4. Save the job requisition.

Note:

• Make sure to update the field value in the existing job requisitions after making changes to the field type, picklist id, or object name associated with a field.
• Always refresh the OData API metadata after making these field changes.
• To bulk update job requisitions, refer to the KBA 2771951.

Field type mismatch for custom reportable fields:

1. Go to Provisioning > Configure Reportable Custom Fields > Job Req.
2. Check the field type configured for the custom Field ID.
3. Remove the Field ID from the wrong field type and add it to the correct field type.
4. Save the change and run 'Synchronize Existing Data'.
5. Go to Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh and Export, refresh the metadata.
6. Un-post and re-post the affected job requisitions.
