3503468 - Library Does Not Return Item Result When Searching Part of the Item Title in New Learning Experience

In New Learning Experience, when searching for an item using the part of the title keyword that is followed by an underscore, library does not return item result. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2405

1. Log in and go to my learning
2. On old legacy and search key words 123, note there is an item with item tile SAP_123 appeared.
3. On New learning experience search key words 123, item with item tile SAP_123 is not appeared,
4. However, on New learning experience search Item ID or other part of item tile,  item with item tile SAP_123 is returned.

In the New Course Home search, the elastic analyzer has split the item tile into searching keyword, and '_123' is seen as one word. 

This issue is existed in different languages and will be fixed within 2411 release.

Workaround 1

Search other parts instead the part that is followed by underscore, or search the whole title of the item.

Workaround 2

Avoid using underscore in item title until this issue fixed.
