3503588 - Disabled Direct/Matrix reports are not displayed when assigning Team goals in SF mobile

Symptom

  • In the Latest Goal Management, when a manager assigns a Team goal, the list of Direct/Matrix reports is not displayed in the SF mobile app, instead the following message appears: 'No recipient is available to you'.
  • This behavior is different from the desktop version, where the list of reports is displayed in a greyed out/disabled state.
  • It occurs if the manager does not have permission on the target users, but still having 2+ levels Direct/Matrix reports
