Symptom
It's necessary to acquire logs of a error on mobile application however it's not possible or desired to send via the internal send email option.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Resolution
Follow these bellow steps to fetch logs from the device, without needing to send email:
- Navigate to Files > Documents > c4cex > logs.
- Clear this folder, reproduce the issue, and then return to this path to attach the logs.
Also, please include the phone's software and hardware specifications when forwarding any logs to SAP.
It's important to know that logging will still need to be enabled as per KBA on See also.
