3503661 - E-Verification Case details missing for Manually Created E-Verify Case - Onboarding

• When Manual E-Verify case is created via Create E-Verify case option, it's task and case details link is not shown in dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Create E-Verify
2. Create an E-Verify Case for an onboardee
3. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard
4. The E-verify case details are missing for the newly created E-Verify Case

The System is currently working as designed.

• The Onboarding Dashboard only shows data that is linked to Onboarding process.

This behavior will be improved via Enhancement Ticket OBX-31454.

• This has been identified by the Product Team and an enhancement has been created to to do something with respect to compliance dashboard to show manual task & case details link. 

Since this is an enhancement, there is currently no committed date on the roadmap. You may have this posted via the Influence Portal to track the progress of the enhancement or you may seek assistance from your CSM/Account Manager on how this ticket can be posted there for monitoring purpose.
