3503677 - Substitution/Validation rule is not working

After creating substitution/validation rule for example from app Manage Substitution / Validation Rules - Journal Entries, the rule is not working as expected.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

It is possible to create/activate a substitution validation log via app Set Substitution/Validation Logs. In the app enter the corresponding event and the corresponding user. Select a logging level and enter the logging end time. Create the log and then post a journal entry item again.

Via app ‘Substitution/Validation Logs’, display the result of log, which would help to find out why the substitution/validation does not work.
