3503824 - userinfo field has space instead of null value when exporting Employee Profile data from Table report

Symptom

userinfo field has half space instead of null value when you are importing personal information from Import Extended User Information, and download data from Adhoc report-Employee Profile.

Reproducing the Issue

1.Created a userinfo field.

2.Import Extended User Information>Personal Information, making this field as blank and null in csv file.

3.Export personal info again, check this field is null without any space.

4.Go to Adhoc report>Employee Profile, and export this report which has a half space for this field however it should be null.

5.If you are just exporting the personal information from Export Extended User Information, then no half space.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

This issue would be fixed in 2411 release.

Workaround

No workaround is available.
