3503849 - Some user's cannot see some attributes in collaboration hub

Customer reports that some user's cannot see some attribute in collaboration hub. 

Checking the group assignments of a user who could see the attributes and another who couldn't it was observed that there was a difference. Users who could not see the attributes were not given membership to a Group that allowed visibility to those attributes in the Dictionary.

Matching the group assignment of the user who could not see the attributes with those of the user who could resolved the issue.
