3503850 - API_INSPECTIONLOT_SRV doesn't trigger valuation on inspection lot level (QAMR)

Symptom

After using API API_INSPECTIONLOT_SRV to record result for inspection point, result can be recorded and status is updated to 5 in the inspection point. But it doesn't trigger valuation on inspection lot level (QAMR) and status is not changed to 5.
