3503947 - The Final Review step gets completed after Request Correction - Onboarding

During the Final Review step, clicking "Request Correction" completes the Final Review instead of re-triggering the Personal Data Collection step. This prevents the external candidate from making the necessary corrections.

1. Perform the Final Review step
2. Click on Request Correction
3. Result: The Final Review gets completed

1. The correction comment was not provided when clicking on "Request Correction" from the Final Review step. A comment on the request correction is required.
2. The user performing the Request Correction during the Final Review step only has 'View' permission for ONB2Process.

1. Perform the Final Review and ensure that a valid correction comment is provided when clicking "Request Correction".
2. Grant "View & Edit" permissions for the ONB2Process. The user performing the Final Review > Request Correction requires Edit permissions for ONB2Process so that the correction comment can be saved.
