3503995 - IPS sync job failing in Identity Authentication target system with Group xxxxxx does not exist

Symptom

Executing a read or resync job from Identity Provisioning (IPS) to provision users to Identity Authentication target system (SCIM API version 1), the job results in the following error:

  • error=HTTP operation failed invoking https://<tenantID>.accounts.ondemand.com/service/scim/Users with statusCode: 400, Response: Group xxxxxx does not exist.,
