3504015 - ICS - How to check the Internal Career Site powered by CSB settings - Recruiting Marketing

How to investigate when a user:

• cannot access Internal Career Site when clicking on "careers"
• cannot navigate back to RCM from ICS
• faces an issue when trying to access "View profile"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1: First, you need to make sure that all tenants match between the Provisioning, CSB, and RCM.

If they don't match, the user will not be able to navigate into the Internal Career Site or come back to RCM from ICS.

From RCM > Admin Center > Manage Service Provider Configuration for Identity Authentication Service (IAS):

2: You need to make sure that all applications are created into IAS console.

When logged into IAS console, you should see 3 applications: 1 for SuccessFactors, 1 for Career Site Builder and 1 for Recruiting Management

You need to check this in Applications and Resources:

3: Check if the Customer has been migrated to Common Super Domain.

 You need to check in the provisioning, SSO.
If you can see a tenant like xxxxx.cloud.sap, it means the customer is using the CSD, so the cloud.sap tenant also needs to be set in RCM and CSB. When modifying the tenant in RCM and CSB, new metadata must be regenerated and imported into IAS console.

4: Confirm if the customer is using SAP as IdP or a third party.

Open the main Bizx URL in a browser in incognito mode to see if the customer is using SAP as IdP or not:

5: If you're redirected to SAP cloud authentication or another provider, this setting must be set correctly for all applications in the IAS console > conditional authentication

Select the right Idp in the dropdown menu (AZURE as example):

6: Check if Login name is correctly set in the IAS console, in Subject Name Identifier.

It needs to be set for all applications:
