Symptom

When using the "Check Document Flow" tool in the Check Monitor (/SCWM/CHM_LOG) to fix a loading document flow link inconsistency, the system does not propose links, but raising the message:

Loading check was skipped, see long text for more details. (Message no. /SCDL/CHM_DF_CHECKS013)
