Symptom
You are searching in the archived objects, e.g. archived tickets, but you cannot find the ticket by searching for the customer ID or name for example. Tickets are only findable by searching by ticket ID or description.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the work center Administrator > Archiving.
- Select the option "Archived Tickets" in our example.
- You notice that no results are shown here without search for something.
- Search e.g. by the ticket ID and you will find the ticket.
- But if you search by the customer name for example, the ticket is not found.
Since the ticket was archived, the ID or description is often not known anymore and you would like to search by other terms.

Resolution
To request a change in this behavior, you can make use of the Influence portal, if needed.
