3504126 - Changes in Organizational Information fields' ordering are not being saved - Employee Central

After changing the order of fields in Organizational Information via Configure People Profile, the changes are not being saved.

1. Navigate to Configure People Profile > Organizational Information block;
2. Click on "You can configure fields of the Edit Dialog Dialog here.";
3. Change the field ordering > Save;
4. Open the Edit Dialog again > Check the order has not changed.

Job Information block is not configured, only Organizational Information block itself. Two blocks need to be configured in Configure People Profile, otherwise the field layout saving may present issues.

In case you want only Organizational Information block to be displayed in UI, we suggest to add Job Information block and make it hidden. To do so, please follow the below steps:

Hiding Job Information block:

1. Drag Job Information block inside of any subsection;
2. Uncheck the "Show this subsection on the profile" option and you will see a "hidden" icon on the subsection and block as per below > Click on Save.

Changing the order of Organizational Information fields:

1. Go to Organizational Information block;
2. Click on "You can configure fields of the Edit Dialog Dialog here.";
3. Change the fields' ordering > Click on Save.

After that, the order will be changed.
