3504146 - Items shown as duplicated inside program

When a program is assigned to the user, the item in it is displayed as duplicate.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. On Learning Admin, access "Programs" >
2. Select affected program and assign it to user >
3. As user, access Learning >
4. Access Learning Plan and launch program >
5. Item in the agenda tab of the program will be duplicated.

The Engineering team informed that the root cause is due to duplicate thumbnail attachment records that got created for the item when uploading it.

Reupload the same thumbnail from UI for affected item. After that, reassign the program and the item should appear only once on the user side of the program.
