3504146 - Duplicate Items and Programs Displayed in Learning

• When a program is assigned to the user, the associated item in it is displayed as duplicate in learning.
• Duplicate program assignments appear on the ILX when a program is assigned to the user. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to Learning Administration. 
2. Access the Programs or Item. 
3. Assign the item or program to a user.
4. Log in as the user and access the Learning module. 
5. Observe that duplicate programs appear in the Learning card section. 
6. Alternatively, the user notices that the agenda tab of the program contains duplicated item entries.

Duplicate thumbnail attachment records were created for the item and program during the upload process.

For Item:

• Reupload the same thumbnail from the LMS UI for the affected item. 
• Once changes done, reassign the item and it should appear only once on the user's side of the program. 

For program:

• Reupload the same thumbnail to the affected program. 
• Save the changes.
