3504174 - Survey opening twice in Overview facet

When clicking the Survey link in Overview facet within a Visit, the Survey is opening two tabs at the same time. 

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Visits Workcenter.
2. Open any Visit with a Survey maintained.
3. Go to Overview facet.
4. Go to Survey pane and click the Survey link.
5. It will open twice. 

This is a known behavior of the system, as Survey in overview facet is currently not supported. 

If you need this to be changed or improved, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.

In order to avoid the issue, you have to move the Survey Pane to Survey facet via adaptation mode.

Please follow the steps below:

1. In the Visit page, start Adaptation mode.
2. Click the tabs pencil.
3. Make "Surveys" facet visible.
4. Click Overview facet and scroll down to the Survey pane.
5. Click the first pencil.
6. In the right side pane of the Adaptation Mode, click the arrow to go back three times until you get "Surveys Pane Container Anchor".
7. Click "Move" button.
8. Choose Surveys in the list. 
9. Click Apply.
10. End Adaptation Mode and the Surveys will appear in the correct facet with no issues.
