3504232 - HTTP response '401: Unauthorized' error occurs during IPS job - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• User provisioning from SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition tenant to embedded SAP Analytics Cloud tenant is failing.
• User has tried to do user provisioning from source application (S4-my123456-source) to target application (SAC-my123456-target) using any of the available jobs (i.e. IAS > IPS > Source system > Jobs tab > Resync)
• The following error is displayed after running a user provisioning job from IAS:

Cannot execute provisioning job in tenant context: abcdefg
Caused by: Error during execution on behalf of tenant with ID: abcdefg
Caused by: Can not read entities from source system: 'S4-my123456-source: abcdefg-12ab-12ab-12ab-123456abcdef' 
Caused by: org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message. 
Caused by: Could not send Message. 
Caused by: HTTP response '401: Unauthorized' when communicating with https://my123456.s4hana.cloud.sap/sap/bc/srt/scs_ext/sap/querybusinessuserin
