SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

User has not yet completed the communication arrangement set up in S/4HANA Cloud system.

To integrate the system with SAP Fiori launchpad content on SAP BTP and enable data exchange, it is necessary to create a relevant communication system and a communication arrangement for the communication scenario SAP_COM_0647.

Once the relevant communication arrangement has been created, the Exposure Role Selection must be set to "SELECTION" in the Communication Arrangement app under Additional Properties.

Follow these step-by-step procedures to expose roles to SAP BTP using the Maintain Business Roles app:

1. Open the Maintain Business Roles app from the SAP Fiori launchpad.

2. On the Maintain Business Roles initial screen, select the roles that are relevant for exposure.

3. Click Mass Change. The Mass Change wizard will appear.

4. In the Mass Change wizard, complete the following steps:

   1. Select Attributes: Make the following changes and click Next Step.

   2. Change Attributes: Select Expose to SAP BTP by clicking on the Expose to SAP BTP checkbox.

   3. Click Review to proceed with your changes. Click Previous to go back to the previous screen.

   4. Confirm Changes: Review and click Submit to confirm your changes. Alternatively, click Cancel to reject the changes and close the window.
