3504324 - Getting 500 Internal Server Error while accessing Background Job Processing Monitor after SP level update activity

After performing an SP level upgrade for an SAP PI/PO system, getting an error when accessing SOA->Monitoring->Background Job Processing Monitor.

In the default traces, you observe errors similar to the following:
