Scenario A.
User starts manual posting task in Data Monitor (or Consolidation Monitor) app in update mode, which launches the Post Group Journal Entries app. In that Post Group Journal Entries app, only those document types are offered for user, which had been assigned to the respective manual posting task in configuration step SAP S/4HANA for Group Reporting > Data Collection for Consolidation > Define Tasks for Manual Posting (t-code CXP5).
Scenario B.
User launches Post Group Journal Entries app alone from Fiori UI. By doing so, Post Group Journal Entries app offers all document types that are suitable for manual posting.
