When a manual posting task is started from the Data Monitor or Consolidation Monitor app in update mode, the Post Group Journal Entries app displays only the document types assigned to the respective task in configuration step SAP S/4HANA for Group Reporting > Data Collection for Consolidation > Define Tasks for Manual Posting (transaction CXP5).

• Scenario B.

When the Post Group Journal Entries app is launched directly from the Fiori launchpad - without using a manual posting task - all document types suitable for manual posting are displayed.
