Symptom
You want to add multiple attendees to a Visit but the button is missing
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
Creating a new Visit
- Go to Visits Work Center
- Open the Visits View
- Click on "+" to add a new Visit
- In the attendees section is not visible the "Add Multiple Attendees" button.
OR
Updating a Visit
- Go to Visits Work Center
- Open the Visits View
- Open a Visit and go to the "Attendees" tab
- In the attendees section is not visible the "Add Multiple Attendees" button.
Cause
The button is hidden and you need to turn it visible to use it.
Resolution
Creating a Visit
- Turn on the Adaptation Mode
- Go to Visits Work Center
- Open the Visits View
- Click on "+" to add a new Visit
- Click with Right button in the attendee section
- In the Adaptation Mode Panel go to Pane Variant > Toolbar > Button Group > Add Multiple Attendees
- Click con Personalize tu turn it visible.
OR
Updating a Visit
- Turn on the Adaptation Mode
- Go to Visits Work Center
- Open the Visits View
- Open a Visit and go to Attendees facet
- click with Right button in the attendee section
- In the Adaptation Mode Panel go to Pane Variant > Toolbar > Add Multiple Attendees > Add Multiple Attendees
- Click con Personalize tu turn it visible.
