3504523 - Button to add multiple attendees to Visit is missing

Symptom

You want to add multiple attendees to a Visit but the button is missing

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

Creating a new Visit

  1. Go to Visits Work Center
  2. Open the Visits View
  3. Click on "+" to add a new Visit
  • In the attendees section is not visible the "Add Multiple Attendees" button.

OR 

Updating a Visit

  1. Go to Visits Work Center
  2. Open the Visits View
  3. Open a Visit and go to the "Attendees" tab
  • In the attendees section is not visible the "Add Multiple Attendees" button.

Cause

The button is hidden and you need to turn it visible to use it.

Resolution

Creating a Visit

  1. Turn on the Adaptation Mode
  2. Go to Visits Work Center
  3. Open the Visits View
  4. Click on "+" to add a new Visit
  5. Click with Right button in the attendee section
  6. In the Adaptation Mode Panel go to Pane Variant > Toolbar > Button Group > Add Multiple Attendees 
  7. Click con Personalize tu turn it visible.

OR

Updating a Visit

  1. Turn on the Adaptation Mode
  2. Go to Visits Work Center
  3. Open the Visits View
  4. Open a Visit and go to Attendees facet
  5. click with Right button in the attendee section
  6. In the Adaptation Mode Panel go to Pane Variant > Toolbar > Add Multiple Attendees > Add Multiple Attendees 
  7. Click con Personalize tu turn it visible.
