3504574 - Preview Issue in Change Purchase Order - Advanced Application

In the "Change Purchase Order - Advanced" application, if changes are made to the print-related settings and the preview button is clicked before saving the purchase order, the changed output may not be generated.

1. Open the "Change Purchase Order - Advanced" application.
2. Make changes to the print-related settings.
3. Click the preview button before saving the purchase order.

This is a known issue within the "Change Purchase Order - Advanced" application. When the preview button is clicked before saving the purchase order, the changed output may not be generated under the specified conditions. This issue is scheduled to be fixed in a future release by the Output Management framework team.

Currently, users can use the following workaround to avoid this issue:

1. In the "Change Purchase Order - Advanced" application, avoid clicking the preview button if you expect the changed output to be generated in the same session. Instead, click the preview button, close the session, and then make changes and save the purchase order in a new session.
2. Utilize the "Manage Purchase Orders" application, where the preview functionality does not have this issue.
