3504616 - Reassign US I9 Section 2 to New Manager - Onboarding

• Is it possible to change the I9 Section 2 Responsible User?
• The Hiring Manager was changed for a new hire while US I9 Section 2 is pending.
• All other tasks were automatically reassigned to the new Manager except for the Compliance Task - US I9 Section 2.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Change a Hiring Manager for a candidate
2. All other tasks were automatically reassigned to the New Manager
3. But the I9 Section 2 was left behind.

In the current Onboarding feature, this is the working behavior of the system. 

The Compliance Process object doesn't cascade changes down to it, like Hiring Manager change.

As a workaround, the responsible user for the Compliance Task can be reassigned by following the below simple steps:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Data > Compliance Process Responsible Object from the first search dropdown.
2. Enter the affected candidate's User ID or the US I9 Compliance Process ID
   1. You can get the US I9 Compliance Process ID in Manage Data > Process of the candidate under toComplianceProcess
3. Search for the US I9 task
4. Take Action > Make Correction
5. In the Responsible User field, enter the new Hiring Manager's name
6. Then, save.
7. Refresh the candidate in the Onboarding Dashboard, and see that the new responsible user has been set.
