3504623 - CE2408 API_SERVICE_QUOTATION_SRV raises message: 'Enter Employee Responsible'

Symptom

Since the CE2408 upgrade, the following message is reported when executing API_SERVICE_QUOTATION_SRV:

Message ID: COM_PARTNER/119 - Enter Employee Responsible

Before CE2408, "employee responsible" did not need to be filled when the service quotations was created. It could be carried out later manually.

Environment

Service Management (CRM)
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The issue resulted from system changes implemented as part of the recent upgrade to CE2408.

Resolution

SAP have acknowledged that this issue exists within the current system release. Our developers are already working on providing a fix for this issue.

A timeline for the correction will be updated to this KBA as soon as possible.
