3504665 - Intercompany Sales Pricing Conditions PI01 and PI02 when following the scope item 5D2- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The condition types PI01 and PI02 are missing in intercompany document when following the scope item 5D2.

When checking the pricing analysis, the message: "PI01 111 Condition not considered (requirement 0000022 not fulfilled)" will be found.

Following 5D2 scope item and checking the pricing in the intercompany documents.

This is the standard behavior for the new Advanced Intercompany Sales process. 

When using the 5D2/Advanced Intercompany Sales process with a transit plant, the condition type PI02 (Intercompany Price) should not be used. This is because cross company code condition types are no longer required in this enhanced process.

This is an intentional improvement in the 5D2 scenario, simplifying the pricing structure.

Instead, prices and costs are reflected using the standard condition types:

• PPR0 

• PMP0 

• PCIP 

These condition types provide the necessary pricing transparency between the delivering and selling companies without the need for PI02.
