3504666 - "CPE Hours" label change doesn't reflect on the new library search

The "CPE Hours" label value was modified, but the default value is still displayed on the new library search.

1. Change the value of the "UXRHP_SVC_LEARNING_CPE_HOURS" and "pfs_search_svc_cpe_hours" labels as per the “Manage Languages” process (Label Values for Enhanced Search Results) >
2. As per the Learning Product Management team, the indexing to reflect the changes varies depending on the environment/environment type >
3. Preview environments take up to 8 hours to have the changes updated. Production environments take up to 72 hours to have the changes updated >
4. No change in place after the required waiting period.

The scenario requires an improvement in the system to appropriately treat the label change. It demands adjustments from the system’s backend and frontend code and extensive tests, as defined by the Learning Product Management and Engineering teams. The improvement regarding the new library search > Filters area > Hours Type > "CPE Hours" label change is currently targeted to be delivered with the 2505 system version.
